2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software or digital projects.
Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
Proficiency in creating and managing BRD, SRS, and product documentation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English (spoken & written).
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
