Chi Tiết Công Việc
Mô tả công việc:
- Collect, analyze and clarify requirements from clients and internal departments
- Act as a bridge between clients and the development team to ensure accurate communication of requirements
- Work closely with Developers and Testers to explain requirements and provide support during product development and testing
- Prepare requirement documents (BRD, SRS, User Stories, …) and use modeling tools (Wireframes, Flowcharts, …) to present requirements clearly
- Track, respond and coordinate in handling issues or requirement changes during and after implementation
- Participate in business process improvement and propose optimal solutions for clients and internal teams
- Support in resolving arising issues and managing requirement changes
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Bachelor’s or College degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields
- 6 months – 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst (experience in PropTech, Fintech, E-commerce projects is a plus)
- Solid understanding of software analysis and development processes (preferably with Agile/Scrum)
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Linear, Figma, …
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and logical reasoning skills
- Good communication, presentation and documentation skills
- Proactive, eager to learn, good team player and able to manage work independently
