Java Backend Techlead (Chứng Khoán)

In this role, an ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator who can translate complex
requirements into functional architecture. We would also like you to have hands-on experience in
software development and be able to manage complex systems.

• Work with the enterprise team to ensure solution architectures developed are aligned with
  organizational architecture principles and reflect business priorities
• Oversee the design work of solution architects to ensure quality digital architecture is
  created and maintained
• Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods.
  Design and implement solutions that are optimized for performance and scalability to
  handle high transaction volumes
• Identify and evaluate new technologies that can enhance the company's product offerings
  and technical capabilities
• Document the solution architecture artifacts covering process, data, application, security,
  and technology architecture domains
• Assist with solving technical problems when the development/product team arise
• Closely collaborate with business managers and department leads to build and deliver
  solutions for all technical issues

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology or a related field. 3+ years of
  experience as a Solution/Technical Architect, 5+ years in software development
• Hands-on experience with software development. Experience building applications using
  service-oriented, micro-service, and/or API-based architectures at an enterprise scale.
• Advanced knowledge and experience in one or more current programming languages
  (e.g.: Java, Javascript (including ReactJS, TypeScript), Python, ...
• Experience defining the architecture of cloud-deployed applications (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Experience with containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, or another similar
  tool
• Experience working in one or more areas is a significant advantage: securities/stock
  trading, crypto trading, investment apps, bond/fund, wealth management
• Strong understand of trading/securities/stock/investment products
• Have understand or experience working with trading core in Vietnam is a significant
  advantage (e.g: FSS Flex, Altisss core trading, DTND core trading, ...)
• Familiarity with the unique challenges and regulatory requirements of the securities
  industry in Vietnam
