Mô tả công việc:

  • 1. IT Equipment Management, Repair, and Maintenance
  • Inspect, diagnose, maintain, and repair IT equipment, including computers, laptops, printers, photocopiers, time attendants, surveillance cameras, and other office appliances.
  • Proactively troubleshoot hardware and software issues to minimize user downtime.
  • Perform upgrades and component replacements as necessary to extend equipment lifespan and optimize investment costs.
  • Refill ink and perform periodic maintenance for printers, photocopiers, and office equipment.
  • Propose solutions for repairing, reusing, or upgrading equipment to achieve cost savings for the company.
  • 2. IT System Installation and Deployment
  • Install operating systems, application software, specialized software, and productivity tools for users.
  • Deploy, install, configure, and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi systems, modems, routers, and other network devices.
  • Install, configure, and operate camera systems, time attendants, telephone PABX systems, and other IT equipment.
  • Set up and hand over equipment to new hires; retrieve and process equipment during offboarding.
  • Participate in implementing new IT projects as required by the company.
  • 3. User Support and System Operations
  • Provide user support in resolving issues related to computers, software, printers, local networks, and IT devices.
  • Receive, log, and resolve support requests through the IT Helpdesk system.
  • Guide users on how to operate software and equipment, and ensure compliance with IT regulations.
  • Assist in troubleshooting basic errors related to HIS, EMR, LIS, and PACS systems in accordance with issued procedures and checklists.
  • 4. Asset Management and IT Cost Optimization
  • Manage the inventory of IT equipment, consumables, and replacement components.
  • Execute the allocation, retrieval, stocktaking, and periodic reporting of IT assets.
  • Procure supplies and equipment based on approved requests.
  • Evaluate and propose plans for equipment repair, upgrade, or replacement based on cost-effectiveness.
  • Research and recommend technical solutions to reduce operational, maintenance, and IT system investment costs.
  • 5. Fire Fighting & Prevention (FFP) and Administration
  • Conduct periodic inspections of the facility's FFP system, including fire extinguishers, fire cabinets, exit signs, emergency lights, smoke detectors, fire alarms, and related equipment.
  • Monitor the operational status of the FFP system; promptly detect and report damages, safety hazards, or non-compliance with current regulations.
  • Coordinate with maintenance units, suppliers, and authorities for the inspection, maintenance, and rectification of FFP deficiencies.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly FFP inspection reports, or as requested by the Board of Directors.
  • Manage profiles, documents, inspection logs, and receipts related to FFP duties.
  • Proactively prepare records and documentation for FFP inspections conducted by competent authorities in accordance with city regulations and current laws.
  • Track deadlines for the maintenance, servicing, and inspection/certification of FFP equipment to ensure full operational and legal compliance.
  • Coordinate the organization of FFP awareness sessions, guidance, and drills for staff according to the company's plan.
  • Propose solutions to improve FFP safety, minimize fire risks, and protect company property.
  • Assist in checking potential fire hazards related to electrical systems, IT equipment, UPS, server racks, server rooms, and technical areas.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • 1. Experience & Background
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or Technical Support roles, preferably in hospital, clinic, or corporate environments.
  • Hands-on experience in maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing office equipment such as computers, laptops, printers, photocopiers, and CCTV systems.
  • Prior experience or basic understanding of medical systems like HIS, EMR, LIS, or PACS is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of Fire Fighting & Prevention (FFP) procedures, legal regulations, and equipment inspection is highly preferred.
  • 2. Technical Skills & Competencies
  • System & Network Administration: Proficient in installing and configuring Windows/macOS operating systems, office applications, LAN/Wi-Fi networks, routers, and modems.
  • Hardware Maintenance: Skilled in troubleshooting hardware faults, upgrading device components, and performing routine printer/photocopier maintenance (including ink refills).
  • Administrative & Asset Management: Strong organization skills to manage IT inventory, execute stocktaking, handle procurement requests, and maintain detailed FFP inspection logs/profiles.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying potential system bottlenecks, minimizing user downtime, and proposing cost-effective technical upgrades.
  • 3. Personal Attributes & Language
  • Work Style: High sense of responsibility, professional integrity, and the ability to work independently or handle high-pressure situations efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively guide clinic staff on IT guidelines and cooperate with external vendors or government inspectors.
  • Language: Basic professional English proficiency to read technical documentation, operate specialized software, and support international staff if required.
