IT Support & Helpdesk
- Provide end-user support for computer, software, email, LAN/Wi-Fi network, and printer issues.
- Install and configure desktops, laptops, and office software according to standard procedures and
checklists.
-Create, deactivate, and manage user accounts and access permissions.
- Conduct regular IT asset inventory checks and maintain the IT asset register.
Telecommunications
- Monitor the operational status of fiber optic infrastructure.
- Track and follow up on issue resolution progress with external technical service providers.
- Support site inspections and field verification activities when required.
DX & Compliance
- Assist in operating and supporting internal software applications and systems.
- Assist in collecting data for IT reports, assessments, and audits based on assigned templates.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to resolve software or system-related issues.
- Support internal application testing and document bug reports using standard temp
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in IT Helpdesk or IT Support roles.
- Hands-on experience in installing and supporting Windows OS, Microsoft Office, email clients, and common business applications.
- Basic understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, routers, switches, and the ability to read simple network diagrams.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Experience working in a Japanese company environment or familiarity with IT compliance processes.
- Experience supporting end users with Microsoft 365 services and applications
- Basic knowledge of fiber optics, ODF (Optical Distribution Frame), and patch panels is an advantage.
