IT Project Management (Japanese N2 & English) - Negotiable salary [28770 - District 1, Ho Chi Minh City]

• Support the development and execution of the company's DX strategy in collaboration with the DX Strategy Department at the Japanese headquarters.
• Coordinate with internal departments to develop, maintain, and manage IT infrastructure, including networks, PCs, mobile devices, user accounts, and IT systems.
• Troubleshoot IT infrastructure issues independently or in cooperation with internal teams and external vendors.
• Plan, support the launch, execution, and project management of system development initiatives using digital technologies.
• Understand business needs from internal departments and translate them into appropriate IT/system solutions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to departments regarding system development and digital technology utilization.
• Support the Head of the DX Strategy Department with schedule coordination, meeting arrangements, document preparation, minutes, and translation between Vietnamese, English, and Japanese.
• Support the promotion of DX initiatives and take on an expanding scope of responsibilities over time.

• Working Hours: 8:00–17:00, Monday to Friday.

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience in the IT field.
• Japanese: JLPT N2 or above.
• English: Upper-intermediate level.
• Practical experience in system development, including design, programming, and testing.
• Experience in IT project management or project coordination from planning and requirement definition through implementation.
• Experience working with business users/internal departments to understand business needs and develop appropriate IT/system solutions.
• Good understanding of internal IT infrastructure, including PCs, mobile devices, networks, user accounts, and IT systems.
