IT Operations Officer (Core System Management)

We are seeking a dedicated IT Operations Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stable and continuous operation of the Core system, supporting users, and coordinating with partners to enhance system functionalities and develop new products.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, operate, and ensure the stability and continuous operation of the Core system.

• Receive, analyze, and process service requests; report and escalate system issues as necessary.

• Provide user support and guidance for the Core system.

• Assist in the development of applications and services related to the Core system.

• Coordinate with Core system maintenance partners to resolve incidents, fix bugs, and develop system functionalities.

• Collaborate with internal departments to build and deploy new products.

• Update and ensure compliance with new regulations issued by the SSC and Stock Exchange; propose corresponding system modifications and upgrades.

• Maintain stable operation of database systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields.

• Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in IT Operations or related roles.

• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with the following tools and platforms:

o SSH Linux

o WinSCP

o Oracle Developer

o SQL Developer

o Operation Core TTL

o Postman
