• Collect and consolidate issues or requests from internal departments.
• Analyze business problems and user requirements; define the scope of changes or system enhancements based on the collected data.
• Coordinate closely with the in-house Development team and/or external vendors to ensure full understanding of business requirements and proper implementation.
• Troubleshoot issues: identify whether problems stem from system bugs or user operations. Provide user guidance for non-system issues, and work with vendors for bug fixing when needed.
• Participate in internal testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) when vendors release new packages or when integration with Stock Exchanges is required.
• Manage production (PROD) deployment processes, ensuring issue resolution is delivered accurately and on time.
• Prepare and maintain system documentation, user manuals, and training materials. Organize training sessions and provide user support during and after system roll-out.
• Report directly to the Head of Department regarding issue status, testing results, and project updates.
• Perform other duties as assigned by line managers or senior leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Head or Team Leader.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome, or relevant internship experience is a plus
• Preference will be given to candidates with (internship) experience in business analysis or product development for companies in Fintech, Digital Banking, E-payment, or Securities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to understand and visualize business processes quickly.
• Attention to detail, thoroughness in documentation and testing.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Proficiency in SQL is preferred; knowledge of APIs is a plus.
