IT Helper Part-time - Open Fresher

1. Job Purpose

• Provide technical support for exams delivery, ensuring all systems, devices, and test environments operate effectively and comply with required standards.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance before and during computer-based (CBT) and paper based (PBT) test delivery.
• Support setup and implementation of testing systems and digital platforms.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to devices and exam systems during operations.
• Manage lifecycle of IT equipment (installation, maintenance, and compliance checks).
• Log, report, and analyze technical incidents; propose improvement actions.
• Coordinate with operations team, IT vendors, and venue technicians to ensure smooth exam delivery.
• Act as point of contact for technical issues and escalations from test venues.
• Support system updates in collaboration with Global Information Service team and local IT teams.
• Ensure compliance with QCA standards and exams delivery guidelines.
• Assist in investigations or compliance-related activities on test day.

Working Hours

• 09:00 – 12:00
• 13:00 – 17:00 (Flexible arrangement depending on schedule)

• 1–2 years of experience in IT support or related field (open for IT students).
• Basic understanding of hardware, software installation, and network connectivity.
• Ability to troubleshoot and handle technical issues effectively.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• English proficiency (able to work in an international environment).
• Available to work part-time (4–6 hours/day).
