Chi Tiết Công Việc

Provide technical support before and during Computer-based Tests (CBT) and Paper-based Tests (PBT).
Support setup and troubleshooting of devices, systems, and internet connectivity at test venues.
Monitor and report technical incidents during exams delivery.
Coordinate with Operations team, IT vendors, and venue technicians to ensure smooth exam operations.
Maintain and install software for devices used in exams delivery.
Support compliance checks and technical investigations when required.

1–2 years of experience in IT Support, Technical Support, or related fields is preferred.
English communication skills are required.
Basic knowledge of hardware, software installation, networking, and troubleshooting.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to work independently and handle urgent technical issues.
Fresh graduates or students with relevant IT knowledge are welcome to apply.
