It Business System Analyst

We are seeking an IT Business System Analyst with strong expertise in ERP systems, advanced analytical skills, and proficiency in Power BI. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless system integration and process optimization. Fluency in English and Basic programming knowledge are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. ERP System Support (AS400/ Infor XA Powerlink):
   • Analyze, configure, and maintain ERP systems to align with business processes.
   • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
   • First-level and second-level support for key-users to troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
2. Business Analysis & Reporting:
   • Conduct gap analyses to identify system/process improvements.
   • Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support data-driven decisions.
   • Document business requirements, workflows, and system specifications.
3. System Integration & Development:
   • Work with developers to design and implement system integrations.
   • Write basic scripts or SQL queries to automate tasks or extract data.
   • Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation reviews.
4. Communication & Collaboration:
   • Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
   • Deliver training and user guides to ensure effective system adoption.
   • Communicate project updates and insights in English (written and verbal).
5. Continuous Improvement:
   • Stay updated on ERP trends, Power BI advancements, and industry best practices.
   • Recommend innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related majors.
2. Experience:
   • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Business System Analysis or similar role, with hands-on ERP implementation/support.
   • Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visualization) and SQL.
   • Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, Java, C#, or .NET).
3. Skills:
   • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
   • Strong English communication.
   • Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
4. Preferred to have:
   • ERP certification (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
   • Power BI certification.
   • Experience in industrial manufacturing.
