Chi Tiết Công Việc

Define and manage product backlog for digital banking modules.
Prioritize backlog based on business value, risk, and system dependencies.
Work closely with Developers, QA, and DevOps to ensure timely delivery and quality.
Participate in Agile events (Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective, etc.).
Support development team in clarifying business logic and addressing issues.
Communicate effectively with business units, testing teams, operations, and implementation partners.
Monitor implementation process and evaluate post-release effectiveness.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field of study: or equivalent education, training & experience
Over 7 years of experience in business analysis within banking and digital financial services
At least 5 years of experience in banking domain.
Solid understanding of banking businesses including customer onboarding, accounting services, branch services, digital channels, and lending operations.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end lending lifecycle: customer acquisition, credit assessment, approval, disbursement, and loan servicing.
Experience in analyzing and standardizing business workflows and operational procedures.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
Capable of translating business requirements into clear, structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documents.
Proficient in using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Visio, or equivalent for documentation and collaboration.
Familiarity with systems like Mobile Banking, Digital Lending, LMS, BPM, ECM,..
