Mô tả công việc:

Participate in all stages of interior design projects, from concept to completion.
Develop 2D floor plans and layouts to ensure efficient spatial flow.
Create 3D renders and animations to bring design concepts to life
Conduct site surveys and site checks to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
Select materials, finishes, colors, and furniture aligned with the project vision and budget.
Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
Present ideas to clients, make revisions based on feedback, and ensure high-quality outcomes.
Stay up to date with design trends and apply them creatively, with a preference for Minimalist style.

Yêu cầu công việc:

University graduate majoring in Interior Design, Architecture or related fields.
Experience: 4-6 years of professional experience in interior design.
Strong English communication skills (sopken & written), English skills level 5.5 and more IELTS (send your English and porfolio.)
Excellent understanding of design, technical detailing, and construction processes.
Proficient in Autocad, 3D Max (Vray or Corona), UE5, Photoshop, other visualization tools a plus.
Good sense of aesthetics, color theory and layout.
Strong presentation skills; able to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
