• Collaborate with Production, R&, Quality, and Maintenance to resolve process issues and implement improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance withIATF 16949,ISO 9001, and company safety standards.
• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively for IE projects.
• Deliver training on new standards, tools, and continuous improvement techniques for factory teams.

• Male/Female, Age: 35–45 years old;
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum5 years of experiencein Industrial Engineering, with at least3 years in a managerial rolewithin electronics or automotive manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge ofLean Manufacturing,Six Sigma,5S, and process improvement methodologies.
• Hands-on experience withtime studies,line balancing, and productivity optimization.
• Proficiency inAutoCAD (2D & 3D);CATIAexperience preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong English proficiency across all four skills for professional communication.
