HSE Senior Executive

1. HSE Compliance

- Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of HSE policies, procedures, and programs

- Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with Vietnamese HSE laws, regulations, and company standards.

- Identify and report potential HSE risks and non-compliance issues.

- Assist in developing and implementing corrective action plans to address identified deficiencies

2. Risk Assessment and Mitigation

- Participate in risk assessments to identify potential hazards in the workplace.

- Implement and monitor risk mitigation measures to minimize the likelihood and severity of incidents.

- Investigate incidents and near misses, identify root causes, and recommend preventive actions.

3. Training and Awareness:

- Deliver HSE training programs to employees and managers.

- Maintain HSE training records and documentation

4. Others

- Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.

- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or Engineering;

- Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to fire, health, safety, and the environment;

- Familiarity with retail industry-specific health, safety, and environmental issues;

- Knowledge of risk assessment and risk management techniques.

- Minimum 3 year of experience in a health, safety, and environmental role, preferably in a retail or similar industry;

- Experience developing and implementing HSE policies and procedures;

- Experience conducting risk assessments and developing emergency response plans.

- Communication skills;

- Able to travel to various retail locations to conduct inspections and audits;
