Hr/Ta Lead (IT Company)

Japanese IT Company

- Manage the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for IT roles.

- Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, professional networks, and social media, to attract high-quality candidates.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define candidate personas.

- Provide market insights and hiring strategies to align with organizational goals.

- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

- Develop and execute targeted digital campaigns to enhance the company's online employer brand.

- Leverage online platforms, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital channels, to highlight company culture, career opportunities, and achievements.

- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices in the IT industry.

- 8 years of HR/TA experience including 4 years of experience recruiting IT engineers

- Min 2 years of team leader experience (multiple companies preferred)

- Have an excellent track record as a recruiter (achieving KPIs, etc.)

- English or Japanese proficiency is at business level or higher (e.g. English: TOEIC 700 or higher, Japanese: N2 or higher)
