• Participate in building, implementing, and improving Organization Development programs.
• Carry out talent planning and workforce planning activities.
• Manage, update, and implement HR policies and regulations in compliance with company rules and the law.
• Support other HR projects such as performance management, employee engagement, training, and development.
• Prepare reports and analyze HR data using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to support management decision-making.
• Act as a liaison between departments in HR activities.
• Workplace locations: Hanoi / Hung Yen / Thai Nguyen (as assigned by management; company provides shuttle transportation).
• Experience: Preferably 1–2 years in HR. Outstanding/Fairly Outstanding fresh graduates from universities are accepted (with training provided to become HR specialists).
• Foreign Language: Excellent English (IELTS/TOEIC Speaking); candidates with additional Korean language skills are preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; strong numerical and data-handling ability; good teamwork spirit.
• Major: Graduated from Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources, or Foreign Languages; preference for candidates who studied in English-taught programs.
