Mô tả công việc:

End-to-End HR Management: Recruitment, onboarding, timekeeping & payroll, performance management, employee relations, and team culture building.
General Administration: Oversee daily administrative tasks, including logistics, general affairs, fixed asset management, and vendor coordination.
Safety & Compliance: Manage workplace health and safety matters, and ensure full compliance with Vietnamese labor law, social insurance, fire safety, and other relevant regulations.
Independent Coordination: Act as the primary contact, independently liaising with local government authorities, related agencies, and headquarters.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Language: Fluent in English (both spoken and written) for effective communication at work; proficiency in Chinese is a strong advantage.
Experience: At least 3 years of comprehensive experience in HR and Administration in Vietnam, with solid knowledge of Vietnamese labor law, social insurance regulations, and occupational safety compliance procedures.
Competencies: Strong ability to work independently, excellent problem-solving skills, and a high sense of responsibility. Self-motivated and able to deliver results in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Preferred: Previous experience in a manufacturing company or a Chinese-invested enterprise is a plus.
