• Manage the full spectrum of human resource functions
• Responsible for the full employee's life cycle from onboarding to offboarding, comprising recruitment activities, contract preparation, staff induction, performance management, training and development, retention, etc.
• Working closely with line managers on recruitment matters
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies for sourcing of candidates, pre-screening of resume, administer job interview schedule
• Process payroll accurately and ensuring compliance with tax regulations
• Prepare and submit personal income tax declarations for employees
• Manage social insurance and health insurance procedures for employees
• Manage employees’ HR queries and other HR related matters
• Provide support for planning and execution of employee engagement activities and company events
• Handle office related admin duties such as office facilities maintenance, purchasing of office supplies, liaising with vendors (IT, cleaning services etc.), air ticket & hotel booking
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources management or equivalent field of study.
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in the IT industry practising Human Resources function with responsibilities such as HR operations, payroll &
