Mô tả công việc:

  • Position Overview: We are looking for a Senior HR Generalist focusing on Employee Engagement and Culture Development to take ownership of the overall employee experience and workplace environment at TurnKey FBA. As our team continues to grow, this role will play a key part in shaping a positive, well-structured, and high-performing organization.
  • You will work closely with both leadership and team members to enhance employee engagement, support performance, and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
  • We’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about people, takes ownership, and approaches challenges with empathy and integrity. You will be instrumental in building a workplace where individuals feel valued, connected, and motivated to grow.
  • What You'll Do:
  • Employee Engagement & Culture Development (40%): Plan and execute employee engagement and employer branding initiatives that strengthen workplace culture, employee connection, and company image.
  • Support internal communication activities that improve alignment, transparency, and team experience.
  • Organize employee activities, recognition programs, onboarding experiences, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Gather employee feedback and identify opportunities to improve engagement and workplace experience.
  • Talent Development & Organizational Support (35%): Design performance review and development processes across teams.
  • Coordinate learning and development initiatives based on organizational and employee needs.
  • Partner with leaders to improve team effectiveness, communication, and employee growth.
  • Contribute to retention and career development initiatives that support long-term employee success.
  • HR Operations & Workplace Experience (25%): Support and oversee essential HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal changes, promotions, and offboarding.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure HR practices and documentation remain aligned with company policies and Vietnam labor regulations.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and track key HR metrics to support better decision-making.
  • Identify strategic opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance the effectiveness of internal processes

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Who We're Looking For: Proficiency in English is required (equivalent to IELTS 6.5+ or TOEIC 800+).
  • From 3 years of experience in HR, Employee Engagement, Internal Communication, Learning & Development, People Operations, or related fields.
  • High emotional intelligence with a people-first mindset and clear communication style.
  • Trustworthy and aligned with leadership, with strong confidentiality and integrity.
  • Capable of using data and insights to support decisions and improve HR practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

  • Working Schedule: Probation Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday (on-site).
  • Official Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday - Saturday (on-site) (One Saturday off / month).
  • Probation Period: 2 months.
  • Hiring Process at TurnkeyFBA: Phone Screening.
  • Culture-Fit Interview (On-site).
  • Technical Test (Take-home Test).
  • Competency Interview (On-site).
  • Offer & Onboarding.
