HR-GA Manager (28614), Cần song ngữ Anh-Nhật (N2), Upto 50 triệu [Quận 1 - HCM]

- General administrative and human resources duties at a law firm (labor procedures, social insurance, onboarding/offboarding, etc.)
- Handle administrative management for the group company
- Visa and work permit related procedures
- Negotiation and progress management with accounting firms (reviewing client contracts from an accounting perspective, consulting with the accounting firm if there are any issues, and proposing them to the Director)
- Incorporating client-related information into contracts and documents (email-based in Japanese and English)
- Utilize and manage outsourced vendors for routine administrative work when appropriate.
- Report directly to the Japanese Director and supervise/train staff member.

- 5 years of Experience in HR, General Affairs, or Corporate Administration at a Japanese company.
- Experience working with external accounting firms.
- Japanese N2 advance level and English Upper intermediate level
- Ability to read client emails in both Japanese and English, understand instructions accurately, and reflect them correctly in contracts and related documents.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and proactively make proposals rather than simply following instructions.
- Strong compliance awareness with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexible and willing to take on new responsibilities, including supporting new business activities within the group companies.
