Responsibilities
Business Performance & Analysis
- Monitor and drive sales performance and key business indicators of the assigned category.
- Analyze sales, pricing, market share, inventory, and market data to identify business opportunities and potential risks.
- Support annual business planning and propose actions to achieve category targets.
Product & Category Management
- Manage assigned product lines and support overall category and product portfolio planning.
- Develop recommendations on product positioning, pricing, specifications, and product lifecycle based on market and business needs.
- Conduct market, competitor, and consumer analysis to identify opportunities for category growth.
Product Launch & Go-to-Market
- Develop and coordinate new product launch and go-to-market plans with Sales, Marketing, and other relevant functions.
- Define product positioning and key selling points based on market and competitor insights.
- Monitor post-launch performance and initiate improvement actions when required.
PSI & Inventory Management
- Drive PSI (Production, Sales & Inventory) planning for assigned product lines.
- Monitor sales forecasts, inventory levels, and product availability to ensure healthy inventory management.
- Identify potential stock risks and coordinate with relevant functions on corrective actions.
Market & Product Development
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer feedback, and emerging consumer needs.
- Provide recommendations for new product development, product improvement, and future product planning.
- Work with HQ/R&D and relevant stakeholders to communicate local market requirements and support product roadmap development.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, HQ/R&D, and other functions to ensure effective execution of category plans.
- Coordinate product-related projects and key business initiatives under the guidance of the PM Manager.

Qualification
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 4 years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Category Management, or related roles.
- Experience in Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Home Appliances, Consumer Electronics, or other tangible consumer products is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and market insight skills.
- Good understanding of product management, category management, and business performance.
- Strong numerical and data interpretation skills.
- Good business acumen and problem-solving capability.
- Strong execution and project coordination skills.
- Good communication and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Good command of English and comfortable using English as a working language.
