Main responsibilities

Monitor daily service operations of food court kiosk

Train, schedule and manage service staff

Ensure high standards of customer service and food presentation

Handle customer inquiries, respond and resolve issues promptly

Monitor cash handling and daily sales reconciliation

Maintain cleanliness and organization of service area

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with kitchen to ensure product availability

Implement food safety and hygiene standards as prescribed

Create a customer friendly environment

Effective communication between wait staff and kitchen team

Ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special promotions

Report sales performance and customer feedback to management

Support the implementation of special marketing and promotional initiatives

Support staff during busy times when needed
