    Business Leadership
  • Lead the business in accordance with the strategic direction agreed with regional management.
  • Drive business growth while achieving annual targets for Net Sales and EBITA.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the testing business to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity.
  • Improve laboratory performance through process optimization and effective resource utilization.
  • Support the implementation and effective use of laboratory information management systems and related technologies.
  • Ensure operational processes contribute to improved service quality, profitability, and productivity.

Customer & Market Development

  • Support commercial activities and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Participate in meetings, audits, and discussions with major clients when required.
  • Develop a strong understanding of customer requirements and market expectations.
  • Promote high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Financial Management

  • Prepare and propose annual budgets and three-year business plans.
  • Monitor business results against approved plans and explain significant variances.
  • Work closely with finance and controlling teams to ensure sound financial management.
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving profitability and operational performance.

Leadership & Talent Development

  • Recruit, develop, motivate, and retain capable managers and employees.
  • Build a strong leadership pipeline to support future organizational growth.
  • Foster a positive working environment that encourages collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a role model for employees and leaders across the organization.

Quality & Technical Oversight

  • Ensure the continuous development and application of appropriate testing methodologies, technologies, and business processes.
  • Maintain high quality standards across all testing services.
  • Ensure the successful maintenance and renewal of relevant laboratory accreditations and certifications, including CAP, ISO, and other applicable standards.
  • Promote continuous improvement in technical and scientific capabilities within the organization.

Governance, Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory, health, safety, and environmental requirements.
  • Maintain and expand relevant accreditations as required by the business.
  • Ensure employees operate in accordance with company policies, values, and ethical standards.
  • Monitor compliance and take corrective actions when necessary.

Performance Management

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business and operational performance.
  • Review progress regularly and provide hands-on support where necessary to ensure target achievement.
  • Drive accountability throughout the organization through clear objectives and performance expectations.

Corporate Culture

  • Demonstrate leadership behaviors consistent with the company's leadership principles.
  • Promote a culture of integrity, professionalism, teamwork, and customer focus.
  • Ensure company values are consistently embedded across all levels of the organization.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Male/Female, 34 - 45 years ol
  • Bachelor's Degree or above, preferably in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or other related disciplines.Master's Degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a General Director, Managing Director, Business Unit Director, or equivalent leadership position.
  • Proven experience within multinational organizations operating in environmental testing, laboratory services, or related TIC industries.
  • Strong understanding of the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) market, particularly environmental testing services.
  • Fluent English communication skills in both spoken and written forms.
