Footwear Innovation Product Engineer (Fluent English) ~ 35 - 40 Mill VND [26788 - Linh Trung, Thu Duc, HCM]

Operations & Delivery (70%)
• Lead innovation development projects to ensure products meet brand and athlete needs before in-line adoption.
• Analyze Tech-Packs and provide alternative material/construction solutions.
• Offer technical support across US and Asia teams to resolve product construction, quality, and performance issues.
• Review testing results to identify risks and propose proactive improvements.
• Collaborate with Sports Marketing to deliver top-quality athletic footwear.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality samples and accurate BOM updates.
• Manage supplier-related issues (patterns, delivery, testing, quality).
• Provide transparent updates on commercialization progress for in-line adoption.
Collaboration & Team Building (10%)
• Build effective relationships with peers, leaders, factories, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (costing, planning, fit, molds, SCOE, PST, RTB, Lab, etc.).
• Facilitate communication and decision-making with US Innovation, Design, and in-line teams.
• Serve as a trusted partner by sharing regular updates and reports.
Training (20%)
• Travel to factories, suppliers, fairs, and HQ as required.
• Research and share insights on new materials, technologies, and methods to enhance innovation.
• Participate in training, workshops, and conferences to strengthen technical expertise.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Material Science, Textile Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 5–8 years in footwear development/innovation at a global performance company; expertise in materials, product construction, development calendars, and sustainability.
- Skills: Strong ability to work independently in fast-paced, global environments; effective communication and presentation to senior stakeholders; advanced knowledge of lasts, molds, compounds, foot anatomy, and industry tools.
