Quality Excellence
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience at every touchpoint. Go beyond expectations to create meaningful connections.
- Ensure service quality aligns with Brianza’s high standards, from guest interactions to food presentation.
- Commit to food excellence: every dish served in optimal condition, with the right quality and communication.
- Implement routine quality checks to maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and service.
- Enforce strict food safety and hygiene measures.
- Maintain a welcoming and safe environment, ensuring the best store ambiance for guests.
- Take ownership of store performance KPIs, track results, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
- Continuously seek knowledge and innovation to elevate service quality, whether in food, drinks, or systems.
Team Development & Training
- Lead recruitment and selection for new team members.
- Identify and develop potential leaders within the team, creating structured training and growth plans.
- Ensure all training programs are executed effectively across all positions.
- Develop key skills among team members, ensuring strong capabilities in essential roles.
Sustainable Business Growth
- Take ownership of the store’s financial performance, ensuring long-term sustainability and profitability.
- Manage staff scheduling to balance service excellence with cost efficiency.
- Oversee procurement and expense management to maintain profitability.
- Monitor stock levels, manage inventory effectively, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Pay: 12,000,000₫ - 23,000,000₫ per month
- Performance-based bonuses.
- 13th-month salary bonus.

- 15 annual leave days per year.
Job Location: Thao Dien, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City.
Shifts scheduled between: 10-22.
Working days: Mon-Sun, 6 days/week
