Financial Operations Analyst

• Collaborate with the oversea leadership and operations team to ensure accurate and timely billing for all customers, including providing related reports and analyses for the business unit.
• Manage detailed data of all third-party products distributed by the company; reconcile and verify data to ensure accurate billing for customers or partners.
• Support the Finance team in maintaining and accurately updating data in the CRM system.
• Work with finance and operations leadership to develop, document, and improve existing processes.
• Analyze results, identify patterns and trends within datasets, and report findings to relevant business stakeholders or management teams.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.

Experience:

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in financial technology, financial analysis, or equivalent.
• Prior experience with systems such as Tsys and financial reporting is preferred.
• Experience with accounting transaction flows and financial business processes.
• Proven ability to collect data from financial modules and ERP data tables.

Skills:

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills in handling large datasets, data cleaning, and normalization.
• Excellent in English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate with different departments.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure.
