- Responsible for working as a Finance Manager

- Undertake analysing the new investment projects, managing of existing investments.

- Analyses data: evaluate the finance of the new investment projects (finance statement, business plan, finance data, investment scheme, feasibility studies)

- Finance/Tax Due diligence, negotiate the contracts with the partners

- Manage the business plan, cash flow, budget, financial statement of operating projects

- Manage the project company procedures, administrative works

- Coordinate the site-visit, translate, make presentation documents, reports

- Other responsibilities as assigned

- Graduated bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business

- Good communication English (from strong Intermediate level)

- More than 5 years experience in investment finance Due Diligence, FS, Business Plan analysis, etc. at a Big 4 companies such as KPMG, EY, PWC, Deloitte or mid-tier firm lower than Big4

- Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and other computer software
