Description As a Finance Business Partner, your main responsibilities will include: * Collaborating with department heads to develop and manage budgets. * Providing financial analysis and insights to support strategic initiatives. * Preparing accurate financial reports and forecasts for stakeholders. * Identifying risks and opportunities within financial plans and advising on mitigation strategies. * Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. * Supporting month-end and year-end financial close processes. * Driving process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy. * Partnering with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
