Finance - Accounting and Risk Management Department Staff

Perform the job in the Finance Accounting and Risk Management department as follow:

Inventory control:

• Maintain accurate inventory record and ensure all inventory transactions are properly recorded in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.

• Perform monthly, biannual, annual inventory reconciliation between the inventory ledger and actual stock take, investigate unusual variances.

• Monthly prepare inventory aging report (stock excess report), loss report and submit to GD and Head Office

• Monthly prepare stock insurance comparison report and submit to GD and Head Office

• Closely coordinates with other departments to improve inventory control process.

• Other tasks assigned by the manager.

Risk management:

• Ensure that the stock consignment, stock insurance is under the approved limit

• Support to prepare/renew credit application and monitor credit limit for customers to reduce credit risk

• Age from 25-32

• English skill is requirement.

• University degree major in Accounting or Finance

• At least 2 years of experience in accounting (internal control experience is a plus, FDI experience is preferable)

• Good command of Excel, MS Office, familiar with accounting software

• Honest, responsible, careful, focus on detail.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
