Mô tả công việc:

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Field Application Engineer (Automotive/Electronic, Open for Korean Expat, 4000 USD+++, ID21630):

Customer Technical Partnership & Pre-Sales Engineering:
- Partner alongside Key Account Managers (KAMs) to provide advanced product and system-level technical expertise during client engagements.
- Lead initial technical assessments to determine project feasibility, identifying product design-in opportunities early in the development cycle.
- Translate complex client application demands into precise technical specifications for internal engineering, product development, and category teams.
Prototype Management & Technical Execution:
- Oversee end-to-end sample delivery workflows, ensuring technical requirements, timelines, and quality benchmarks are fully met.
- Participate in customer design reviews, assisting client engineering teams with the selection and integration of advanced power components and magnetics.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to execute field evaluations, validating prototype behavior within target customer environments.
R&D Feedback Loop & Market Engagement:
- Collect field performance data and operational insights from client applications to propose targeted product enhancements and new development initiatives.
- Represent the business at technical symposiums, trade exhibitions, and client workshops to demonstrate technological capabilities and strengthen brand positioning.
- Ensure all application engineering activities strictly align with ISO/IATF quality frameworks and internal operational mandates.
Corporate & Social Responsibility (CSR) Compliance:
- Uphold corporate labor regulations, safety protocols, and environmental sustainability practices within assigned scopes.
- Promote business ethics and ensure immediate reporting of potential CSR risks or operational incidents.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related discipline.
Professional Background: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in customer-facing technical engineering roles (Field Application Engineering, Product Engineering, or Systems Engineering).
Technical Knowledge: Strong technical foundation in passive components, power electronics, magnetic devices, sensors, or automotive electronics architectures.
Competencies & Mobility:
- Demonstrated ability to bridge technical requirements with commercial strategies.
- Flexibility and willingness to perform regional business travel as required by project milestones.
Language Skills: Proficient in English (capable of leading technical meetings, presenting solutions to global clients, and partnering with international R&D teams).
