Responsibilities:

• Manage production teams collaboratively.

• Streamline processes for enhanced production efficiency.

• Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.

• Ensure adherence to production schedules, especially regarding quantity, quality, and on-time delivery.

• Analyse customer complaints, identify causes, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Maintain close communication with the parent company to coordinate processes and adopt best practices.

• Utilize ERP programs for daily reporting.

• Conduct training for production floor workers to enhance organizational professionalism.

- Graduated from University with major Mechanical, Automation, Manufacuring Technology, Mechatronics or Electrical, Electronics Majors.
- English: Upper- Intermediate level.
- Proven experience as a production manager or in a similar role in belting , die-cut industry.
- Profound knowledge of production management.
- Understanding of quality standards for food contacting and health & safety regulations.
- Familiarity with performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.
- Experience with ERP programs.
- Exceptional communication abilities.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Attention to detail.
