The responsibilities of a Fabrication Manager involve overseeing floor tasks to improve speed, quality, and efficiency in allocated work. They ensure cost reduction and maintain full control of operations by working smarter. Additionally, the fabrication manager tracks labot costs, received raw materials, and shipping of final goods to various locations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage production teams collaboratively.

• Streamline processes for enhanced production efficiency.

• Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.

• Ensure adherence to production schedules, especially regarding quantity, quality, and on-time delivery.

• Analyse customer complaints, identify causes, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Maintain close communication with the parent company to coordinate processes and adopt best practices.

• Utilize ERP programs for daily reporting.

• Conduct training for production floor workers to enhance organizational professionalism.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Graduated from University with major Mechanical, Automation, Manufacuring Technology, Mechatronics or Electrical, Electronics Majors.
- English: Upper- Intermediate level.
- Proven experience as a production manager or in a similar role in belting , die-cut industry.
- Profound knowledge of production management.
- Understanding of quality standards for food contacting and health & safety regulations.
- Familiarity with performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.
- Experience with ERP programs.
- Exceptional communication abilities.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Attention to detail.
