OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE
• ERP Application position: Responsible for maintaining ERP application, deep understanding of demands of factory in VN, working in a shared service center with European ERP-team.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The successful candidate is expected to fulfill his/her tasks outlined as to:
• ERP Application position:
o User-administration in ERP software
o First-level and second-level support for key-user
o Adjust reports, dashboards... and maintain PLM software as shared service center with European ERP-team
o Description and documentation of new demands especially for production / logistics / purchasing to be implemented by ERP software engineers
o Other tasks assigned by Directors

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Have at least 5 years' experience working in a similar function.
• Work preparation position needs a thorough understanding of the whole procedure of the manufacturing environment including planning.
• Needs a thoroughly understand of all functions of a manufacturing plant (planning, production, supply chain, logistics, purchasing, finance)
• Be familiar with modern ERP system like SAP, ORACLE, EPICOR .... and bring in a strong IT focus.
QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor's degree preferably of Software Engineering, Data Analysis, Business Analysis (BA)....
• At least basic knowledge of management procedures and analysis.
• Experience with XML, JSON, EDIFACT and SQL.
• Professional with MS Office and Excel high level.
• Good command of written and spoken English is required.
• Excellent skill of task self-organization with high responsibility and accuracy
• Good communication skills and capability of problem-solving and team working, with local colleagues as well as colleagues in Europe.
• There is no shuttle bus, preferer candidates who is relocation or live in Binh Duong, Thu Duc, Bien Hoa, District 9, District 12 ...
