Prepare lesson plans, active learning activities, and digital resources aligned with course outcomes.
Deliver English programs at Pegasus campuses or partner organizations using learner-centered and industry-relevant methods.
Maintain a positive, disciplined, and encouraging classroom environment to foster student confidence.
Develop, review, and update English curriculum, syllabus, teaching packages, and marking schemes.
Conduct placement tests, diagnostic assessments, and language proficiency evaluations for students and corporate clients.
Design exam papers/assignments, grade learners' work within timelines, and participate in assessment moderation and validation processes.
Provide coaching, language support, and facilitate language club activities to improve communication competence.
Monitor student attendance, engagement, and achievements; provide early intervention or pastoral support to promote wellbeing.
Ensure all processes comply with VET/TVET quality requirements; participate in Teaching & Learning Committee (TLC) and academic meetings.
Coordinate and supervise the delivery quality of English training programs at campuses or partner sites.
Maintain accurate academic records, including attendance, assessment evidence, and student portfolios.
Translate materials when required; engage in continuous professional development (CPD); establish links with industry partners.

At least Bachelor degree, major in English.
Having Pedagogy certificate.
Having international English teaching certificates (CELTA, DELTA, TEFL, TESOL, TESL, TKT) is an advantage.
Show the work experience in teaching English for at least 2 years.
