Engineering Project Manager

• Customer quotation elaboration:
• Analysis of customer project documentation.
• Review of customers' specifications.
• Elaboration of Bill of Materials.
• Request for quotation and negotiation with suppliers.
• Technical translation.
• Price offer redaction.

• Project Management and procurement:
• After receiving an order from the customer, conduct to purchase goods, monitor the progress schedule, and quality of goods from suppliers, coordinate with departments to complete the production of the product, and proceed with delivering the product to the customer on time.
• Direct communication and work with customers related to the ongoing project.
• Monitor, record and come up with appropriate solutions to problems arising during the project implementation.
• Interact with all relevant department to ensure the good completion of the project based on quality, budget and schedule.
• Search and expand supply chains and suppliers network.
• Report project status, update ongoing and remaining budget, problems and planning to the Manager.

Knowledges:

• CAD software (Solidworks, AutoCad…).
• Microsoft Office Pack (Excel).
• Industrial Machining Field.
• Project Management.

Skills:

• Rigorous.
• Communication (Vietnamese native, fluent in English, French is a plus).
• Organisation.
• Autonomous and taking initiative.
• Analysis and problem solving.

Background:

• 3 years of experience in Industrial Project Management.
• Mechanical Engineering Degree.
• Highly motivated and Flexible.
