Chi Tiết Công Việc

Documentation Processing: Issue, verify and amend critical transport files including Air Waybills (AWB), House AWBs (HAWB), Master AWBs (MAWB), Cargo Manifest.
Carrier & Agent Coordination: Submit cargo bookings, confirm flight schedules (ETD/ETA) and reconcile manifests with airlines and overseas agents.
Customer Service & Tracking: Tracking and provide proactive milestones and tracking updates to clients and internal teams for export shipments.
Financial Data Entry: Calculate freight costs, issue Debit/Credit Notes, verify airline / co-loader billing and input data into the company database for accounting processing.
Other tasks as assigned by Head of Department

Graduated from College/University of economics, import-export, logistics or relevant field
At least 1 – 2 years working experience in Logistics/Freight Forwarder
Good experience air freight and freighter loadings
Good command of spoken & written English
Good skills in computers & Microsoft Office
