Digital Marketing (Facebook Ads) (Lương Cứng 12 - 20 Triệu)

Optimize digital ads to generate direct orders, expand brand reach in the Vietnamese and international markets.

• Develop and execute Facebook Ads campaigns based on target markets.
• Conduct A/B testing on audience segments, ad creatives, and content (captions, images, videos)
• Monitor and optimize key metrics such as CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, CAC, etc. in detail.
• Collaborate with the Content & Design team to develop content ideas suitable for each market and customer insights
• Monitor market trends and algorithm changes to update and adjust advertising strategies.
• Manage and optimize advertising budgts according to each phase (testing, scaling, remarketing).
• Report campaign performance regularly and propose growth solutions for each market.

• 2 years of experience running Ads on the Facebook platform (preference for the education, service, etc. industries).
• Possesses data analysis thinking and proficiency in using data analysis tools
• Clear understanding of the marketing funnel, user behavior, and the conversion journey on social media.
• Ability to react quickly when metrics are unstable.
• Proactive and highly responsible with a flexible work ethic focused on growth targets.
• Basic English communication skills to understand insights from regional markets are an advantage.
