DevOps Engineer (English required - Up to 55M)

We are looking for an Azure DevOps Engineer, focusing on DevSecOps practices and CI/CD tools. This role will support developers and internal customers by resolving technical and product issues, improving customer experience, and ensuring tools meet Microsoft’s Security, Privacy, and Compliance (SFI) standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical support for CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g., Frame, S360), ensuring smooth integration and deployment processes.

• Collaborate with the SFI team to assess and improve the security, privacy, and compliance posture of internal tools.

• Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to DevSecOps workflows.

• Drive adoption of secure development practices across supported tools and platforms.

• Maintain and improve operational workflows to ensure high availability and responsiveness.

• Document support procedures, FAQs, and technical guidance for internal users.

• Partner with engineering team to identify and resolve systemic issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and DevSecOps practices.

• Familiarity with Microsoft internal tools and processes (e.g., Frame, S360, SDL).

• Strong understanding of software security, privacy, and compliance principles.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Experience in technical support or customer service roles.

• Proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python).

• Knowledge of Microsoft’s internal SFI framework and tooling.

• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment.
