Design Assistant Manager (Fluent English) 35M ~ 40M VND [26446 - District 1, Ho Chi Minh City]

• Support the Design Manager in project coordination, scheduling, meeting arrangements, documentation, and translation tasks.

• Track project progress and ensure key milestones and deadlines are achieved.

• Coordinate communication among internal teams, partners, and stakeholders.

• Manage administrative tasks including email correspondence, document organization, and translation.

• Conduct architectural research and collect data for feasibility studies and strategic projects.

• Support the development and coordination of engineering and IT-related teams.

• Participate in concept, architectural, basic, technical, and construction design reviews to enhance project quality.

• Collaborate with JV partners to develop attractive project concepts, iconic designs, amenities, landscapes, and interior design ideas.

• Gradually take on greater responsibilities in project management and coordination.

• Perform other assigned duties as required.

* Working Hours: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture, construction, real estate, or related industries.

• Fluent English communication skills (Upper-Intermediate level or above).

• Strong experience in architectural design for condominium or residential housing projects.

• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Photoshop.

• Good understanding of architectural regulations, urban planning laws, fire safety regulations, and related legal requirements.

• Previous experience working for foreign-invested companies, preferably Japanese companies.

• Stable career history with long-term commitment (around 3 years per company preferred).

• Basic knowledge of real estate business and project profitability is an advantage.

• Age: 29 - 34 years old.
