Customer Success Staff _Hà Nội

● Provide post-implementation support and training to clients on system usage.
● Conduct follow-up meetings to understand customer challenges and suggest effective solutions.
● Support the sales team with product demos and client presentations.
● Create and update user manuals or documentation as needed.
● Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
● Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
● Occasionally travel to client sites for direct support or seminars.

Must Have:
● Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
● Strong communication and problem-solving skills
● Growth mindset and willingness to learn
● Able to think from the customer’s perspective and act proactively
● Sincere, responsible, and team-oriented personality
● Interest in consulting and technology

Languages
● Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher)
● Good English communication skills (both verbal and written)
