We are seeking a proactive and committed Customer Success Executive (Korean-speaking) to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and building strong working relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
As a key member of our team, you will coordinate closely with colleagues, partners, and clients to enhance operational efficiency and deliver a positive experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the main communication point for customers, suppliers, and shipyards in Korea.
• Learn and make effective use of our internal systems and software tools.
• Participate in and support project Kick-Off Meetings and assist in monitoring project progress.
• Stay up to date on relevant regulations and offer guidance to stakeholders when needed.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate documentation for system and database setup.
• Track and follow up on customer requests, issues, and feedback to ensure timely resolution and continuous improvement.
• Translate presentations, manuals, and other documents from English to Korean and vice versa.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field (Maritime or Engineering qualifications are a plus).
• Minimum IELTS score of 6.0 (for non-native English speakers).
• Minimum TOPIK Level 5 or equivalent proficiency (for non-native Korean speakers).
• Fluent in both English and Korean, spoken and written (this is a must).
• Open to fresh graduates; full training will be provided.
• Prior experience in the maritime or shipping industry is an advantage but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with a structured and organized approach to work.
• Ability to adapt and perform well in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Self-motivated with a positive and proactive mindset.
• Strong time management and organizational skills; able to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
