A. End-to-End Cross-Border Operations Management
Design and continuously improve Cross Border operating model.
Define how brands move products from Vietnam to US consumers.
Build operational frameworks covering:
- First Mile
- Fulfillment
- Inventory
- Customer Service
- Reverse Logistics
Ensure operational scalability and efficiency.
B. Supply Chain & Operations Strategy
Develop operational strategies that support business growth.
Establish logistics and fulfillment network.
Evaluate and select operational partners.
Drive cost optimization initiatives.
Improve service level and operational reliability.
C. Operational Governance
Create governance and control mechanisms across the operation.
Define operational KPIs and SLA framework.
Build reporting and performance management system.
Manage operational risk and compliance.
Lead issue escalation and resolution framework.
D. Team Building & Organization Development
Build and develop the Cross Border Operations organization.
Design team structure and workforce planning.
Recruit and develop operational talent.
Establish operating standards and ways of working.
Build future operational leaders.
E. Process Excellence & Automation
Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Standardize SOPs and workflows.
Improve operational efficiency.
Drive automation and system implementation.
Develop scalable operating playbooks.
F. Strategic Partnership Management
Build long-term partnerships with operational vendors.
Fulfillment partners.
Logistics providers.
Warehousing partners.
Customer service partners.
Ensure partner ecosystem can support future growth objectives.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, E-commerce, or related fields.
Experience & Industry Background
4–7+ years of experience in eCommerce operations, marketplace operations, fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, or cross-border commerce.
Strong experience in operating eCommerce platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, Shopify, or similar marketplaces.
Experience managing 3PL, warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics partners is strongly preferred. Ability to build SOPs, operating playbooks and scalable operational processes.
Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and deadlines.
Data-driven mindset; comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and operational dashboards.
Strong problem-solving skills to manage operational risks, delays and escalations.
Existing network in US eCommerce, retail, marketplace, logistics, creator, or agency ecosystem is a strong plus.
Good English communication skills; experience working with international partners is a plus.

Quyền lợi được hưởng:

Salary Range: Up to 70 Million VND Gross + Incentive: Upto 30%
Bonus: 13th Month Salary - Annual Performance Bonus (1-3 month)
Allowances: Transportation Allowance, Mobile Phone Allowance. Total Allowance: Approximately 800,000 VND/month
Annual Leave: Including Annual Leave, Sick Leave, Outing Leave. Total: Approximately 19 days/year
Work From Home Policy: 4 WFH days/month - Maximum 1 day/week
