Costing Merchandiser (FOB Order)

Purpose of Job:

• Update buyer’s information, in charge of informing buyer of costing, make sure the quotation is correct and timely
• Support the senior costing’s job

Key accountabilities:

• Deal with costing quotation, including collecting and consolidating the material basic cost, man-hour, management cost, transportation fee etc.
• Assist senior merchandiser to deal with other issues.
• Customer communication and negotiating monitor.
• Prepare reports as required by management & Other tasks are assigned by direct manager.

I. Qualification:

• Have the knowledge of fabric and accessory and man-hour is preferred
• Prioritize candidate with good communication in English
• Above 02 years of garment experience
• College graduation or above education, prioritize candidate with major in Foreign trade, English, garment and other relevant specialty.

II. Skill requirements:

• Smoothly use office software Excel, Word, Email, etc.
• Communication and writing in English.
• Be sensitive (interested) in numbers, price
• Proactive, careful
• Teamwork spirit, goal achieving concept
• Strong ability to learn
• Ability to suffer from high pressure
• Have certain ability to analysis data
• Have relevant coordination and business discussion ability
