2. Design, develop and lead various training courses to improve employees' professional skills, help companies grow rapidly, promote corporate development and talent reserves;
3. Organize and implement training activities, including internal training, lectures, seminars, etc.;
4. Evaluate training results, collect feedback, and continuously optimize training plans;
5. Pay attention to industry development trends, update training content and methods;
6. Assist HR in new employee induction training and job skills training;
7. Follow up on the application effect after training and promote the transformation of learning into actual work results.
1. Bachelor degree or above, Affiliate marketing experience, human resources, management, education related majors are preferred;
2. More than 3 years of corporate training or related industry experience;
3. Have rich experience in training design and teaching, and can produce diversified training materials;
4. Good expression and communication skills, good at stimulating students' interest;
5. Have excellent organization and coordination skills and project management capabilities;
6. Have fast learning ability, strong sense of responsibility, and good at teamwork;
7. Defend and maintain the good image of the company for internal and external corporate information;
8. Familiar with corporate management, industry knowledge and job skills training related content.
