Chi Tiết Công Việc

1. Participate in brainstorming and planning for the brand’s content strategy, 2 Brands: ORDINAIRE (Upholstered Furniture) & BONARIO (Curtains & Wallcoverings)
2. Create and propose digital content for blogs and social media and other visual elements for websites
3. Brainstorm and recommend content ideas for communication plan for each project
4. Propose and present ideas to get approval from managers
5. Work with supplier/production houses to develop approved formats to final outcome, monitor the shooting and post period to ensure the expected quality
6. Research and update trends of digital entertaining content
7. Support partial communication execution
8. Other Marketing and Communication activities of BONARIO:

Coordinate with related departments to come up with ideas for Team Building activities, Internal communication of the company.
Implement other Communication & Marketing activities at the request of the Marketing Manager.

Job Requirements:
Education background: Bachelor’s Degree in Media, Communications, Journalism and Marketing related fields
A portfolio of different kinds of clips/works which suits for the digital and advertising industry
Working Experience & Competencies
A strong creative mindset is a must
At least 1 year of experience in social content creation, especially digital content
Update regularly trends of content in digital platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok...)
Demonstrated proficiency in Canva.
Ability to collaborate well with teammates to brainstorm ideas
Comfort with multi-tasking at high-pressure and rapidly-changing environment
Have the ability to communicate in English and to write proposal in English as well
Must be a strong, self-starter adept at independent problem-solving.
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus Video editing is a plus.
Detailed oriented + Strong ability to prioritize work & resources.
