Content Creator

The Content Creator is responsible for developing engaging, insight-driven content that increases brand awareness, strengthens community engagement, and supports the growth of Rooster Beers and Tiệm Bia Gà. This role combines creativity, storytelling, content production, and performance analysis to ensure content not only looks good but delivers measurable results.

1. Content Planning & Strategy

• Work closely with the Marketing team to understand brand direction, campaign objectives, product highlights, and business priorities.
• Develop weekly/monthly content ideas and content calendars for Rooster Beverages and Tiệm Bia Gà.
• Ensure content is aligned with each brand’s tone, audience, platform, and campaign timeline.
• Stay updated on social media trends, viral formats, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.

2. Content Creation & Production

• Create engaging content across key formats, including short-form videos, reels, TikTok videos, photos, stories, livestream content, behind-the-scenes content, and simple edits.
• Handle the content production process from ideation, scripting, shooting, editing, caption writing, and posting support.
• Produce authentic and relatable content that showcases Rooster products, Tiệm Bia Gà stores, customer moments, local culture, and brand lifestyle.
• Optimize content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant platforms.

3. Brand, Store & Event Coverage

• Create content that strengthens Rooster Beverages’ image as a bold, local, creative beverage company.
• Bring the “Drink Local” spirit to life through content around local beer culture, gatherings, community, and real drinking occasions.
• Regularly capture content at Tiệm Bia Gà outlets, including store atmosphere, customer experience, product displays, promotions, staff moments, and community activities.
• Attend and document brand events, store activations, collaborations, and live experiences, including occasional evening or off-site activities.

4. Social Media & Community Engagement

• Support daily posting and content publishing across assigned platforms.
• Monitor comments, messages, tags, and audience reactions to support community engagement.
• Help create conversations and encourage participation around Rooster Beverages, Tiệm Bia Gà, local beer culture, and lifestyle moments.
• Identify opportunities for user-generated content, customer stories, influencer/KOC collaboration, and community participation.

5. Performance Monitoring & Optimization

• Track basic content performance, including reach, engagement, views, comments, shares, saves, and audience sentiment.
• Share simple learnings and recommendations to improve future content.
• Identify what content works best by platform, format, audience, and brand objective.

Must-Have Skills & Capabilities

• Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or a similar role (Agency or In-house brand experience is a plus).
• Technical Editing: Strong proficiency in mobile-first video editing apps (Cap Cut)
• Platform Native: Deep knowledge of native trends, algorithm shifts, features, and specs for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Execution Mindset: A proactive, "get-it-done" attitude with the agility to script, shoot, and edit raw content quickly.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel to various taproom locations and evening events for live content capture.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• On-Camera Comfort: Willingness to occasionally feature in videos, conduct casual vox-pop interviews, or do voiceovers.
• Photography Basics: Experience with basic DSLR/Mirrorless camera operation for static shots.
• Familiarity with Emerging Platforms: Basic understanding of utilizing secondary platforms like Zalo, YouTube Shorts, or LinkedIn for localized or corporate branding.
