Mô tả công việc:

JOB PURPOSE
Commercial Operation Manager is responsible for leading the commercial operations function to ensure efficient execution of sales support, commercial administration and office operations across the organization. This role partners closely with Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance and other supporting functions to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency and enable business growth.

The position also leads the Administration team across multiple locations, fostering a proactive, service-oriented culture that supports business success.

Key Responsibilities:
A. Commercial Operations
  • Lead the end-to-end commercial operations process, including quotations, contracts, order processing and sales administration.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance and other stakeholders to support timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor operational performance and resolve issues that impact business execution.
  • Ensure compliance with commercial policies, procedures and internal controls.
B. Business Performance & Process Improvement
  • Consolidate and analyze sales and operational data to provide meaningful business insights.
  • Prepare management reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
  • Standardize commercial procedures, documentation and working processes across business units.
  • Support ERP enhancement and digitalization initiatives related to commercial operations.
C. Administration & Office Operations
  • Oversee office administration activities to ensure a safe, efficient and professional working environment.
  • Manage office facilities, administrative budgets, vendors and support services.
  • Coordinate administrative operations across Head Office and regional locations to ensure consistent service standards.
  • Support internal events and employee engagement activities when required.
D. Team Leadership
  • Lead, coach and develop the Commercial Administration team across multiple locations.
  • Set performance expectations, allocate resources and monitor service quality.
  • Foster a collaborative, customer-focused and continuous improvement mindset within the team.
  • Build team capability through coaching, feedback and development planning.
E. Stakeholder & Customer Support
  • Act as the key operational partner for the Commercial organization.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure responsive and effective business support.
  • Coordinate the resolution of customer operational issues and escalations.
  • Build productive relationships with external vendors and service providers.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations Manager, Commercial Operations Manager similar roles.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes and commercial operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and recommend improvements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems is required.
  • Good planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Customer-oriented with a proactive and service-minded attitude.
  • Demonstrates ownership, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
