Chi Tiết Công Việc

Key Responsibilities:
OTA Channel & Digital Platform Management
Operate and optimize information on OTA platforms such as Booking.com, Agoda, Traveloka, Expedia, etc.
Ensure images, descriptions, room rates, and cancellation/change policies are always updated accurately and consistently.
Monitor and handle display issues, rate parity, and channel reviews periodically.
Direct Booking Management via KNM Website
Update content, promotional programs, banners, etc. on the hotel website/booking engine.
Monitor direct booking conversion rates and coordinate with the Digital Marketing team to propose solutions for increasing traffic.
Coordination with Sales & Marketing
Implement Flash Sales and seasonal promotional campaigns on OTA channels and social media.
Work with OTA partners on PR articles, promotional deals, and strategic campaigns.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track revenue, bookings, and conversion rates across each channel.
Compile and analyze weekly/monthly reports to propose strategic adjustments.
Other Duties
Stay updated on E-Commerce trends in the hospitality industry.
Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce, Hospitality Management, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in E-Commerce or Revenue Management within 4-5 star hotels or resorts (Cluster experience is highly preferred).
System Knowledge: Proficient in managing major OTA extranets (Agoda, Booking, Expedia, etc.), Channel Managers (e.g., SiteMinder, RateGain), and Property Management Systems (PMS).
Language Skills: Good command of spoken and written English (essential for direct communication with international OTA Market Managers, expatriate management, and global partners).
Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, rate parity, conversion rates, and revenue reports.
Competencies: Excellent negotiation, communication, and time-management skills; proactive and capable of managing multiple properties simultaneously under high pressure.
