Civil And Structural BIM Operator

Main Purpose of the Role:

• Provide accurate, efficient model and drawing services

• Work collaboratively with engineers to produce accurate drawings that satisfy customer requirements from concept stage to construction stage

• Produce drawings and modelling using computer drafting software (CAD/ Revit/ Microstation) and ensure documents comply with company regulations and quality standards.

• Draw plans, section and detailed drawings for structural, infrastructural project and construction method.

• Report changes that may influence the delivery time or quality of document.

• For Senior level: To training and help develop CAD Technician/ BIM Operator/ Microstation Operator; Help to develop CAD/ BIM/ Microstaion standards; Manage workflow, manpower for 1-2 projects

• College or University graduated

• For Structural Department, at least 1 year's experience as a drafter or a similar roles. For Civil Department, fresher is very welcome.

• Able to use computer drafting software (CAD/ Revit/ Naviswork/ Add in for Revit/...) to completion of work. For Civil Drafter, able to use Microstation is preferred.

• Able to read and understand sketches, drawings, specifications, and other engineering data received from engineers to ensure that product is suitable design concepts.

• For Structural Department: able to read and understand architectural design & civil design. For Civil Department: able to read and understand Standard Detail of Road Details.

• English skills: Basic (A2 level)

• Willing to learn new things (technical/ software/…)

• For Senior level: Able to work under pressure, Have good teamwork skill, Able to manage workflow & manpower for 1-2 projects
