Chemist (Nhân Viên Hóa Nghiệm)

• Vận hành các thiết bị kiểm tra chất lượng trong phòng thí nghiệm (GC, KF, DS7800) để kiểm tra chất lượng dung môi.
• Thực hiện quản lý chất lượng nguyên vật liệu và sản phẩm theo quy trình (lấy mẫu, lưu mẫu, phân tích kết quả pha chế thinner...).
• Pha chế mẫu thinner và lập công thức cho loại thinner mới.
• Thiết lập phiếu pha thinner, kiểm soát quá trình pha chế và kiểm tra lại chất lượng đối với mẻ thinner yêu cầu.
• Lập các báo cáo cần thiết về thinner và gửi cho khách hàng và các cá nhân có liên quan theo yêu cầu.
• Quản lý trang thiết bị phòng thí nghiệm.
• Liên hệ với nhà cung cấp thiết bị thí nghiệm để tiến hành bảo trì và sửa chữa máy móc khi cần.
• Thực hiện các báo cáo định kỳ.
• Thực hiện một số công việc liên quan khác khi có yêu cầu.

Operation analytical equipment GC-MS, HPLC, AAS, ICP-MS,…to analyzing the quality of solvent.

Get sample and test quality of goods received from vessel, tank truck, IBC tank, etc.

Implement the quality control on materials and products following the process (sampling, storing, analyzing thinner mixture, etc.).

Blend the sample thinner and create formular for new thinner.

Make batch ticket for thinner, control the bleding and test quality of the requested thinner.

Make thinner reports for clients and related persons as requested.

Manage tools and equipments of the laboratory.

Contact with suppliers of analytical equipment for maintenance and repair.

Do periodical report
